We are not liable for accidents, damages, or misuse of scaffolding once it has been installed and handed over.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Any cancellations or modifications to booked services must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of project planning and material allocation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shri Sumukha Durga Scaffoldings is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or factors beyond our control.
Liability for damages, if any, will not exceed the value of services provided.
